Orders are processed within one to three days after they are placed. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, and all orders include a tracking number.
Allow 7-15 business days for your order to arrive.
Be advised that international orders can take a considerable amount of time in transit. Usually about 10-30 business days depending on where you are in the world.
Products are not considered to be missing until 6 weeks after shipment.

We ship to the customer address provided, and once shipped, we cannot take responsibility for lost items as a result of an incorrect shipping address.
